Shelters will be assigned for ongoing use to unhoused guests within secured settings on physical premises managed by public or private community partners, such as faith-based organizations.
Each guest will be referred from and registered by a homeless services partner into the local municipality’s coordinated case management system, and participate in one or more partners’ multi-modal programs that will ultimately help them obtain permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
Community-based organizations interested in operating a site based on the model described are welcome to inquire about potential partnership, product licensing and bulk procurement.
